The modern world is strongly dependent on the exploitation of fossil fuels, which may cause resources depletion and severe environmental effects. These impacts positively attract research interest in green technology to provide sustainable energy. On the other hand, there is an urgent need to develop education for future engineers, scientists and energy planners who work on green technology. Therefore, it is necessary to fill the gap between technology and education by establishing an international conference.

The scope of this worldwide meeting is to explore state-of-the-art research covering a variety of concepts on electrical engineering, informatics and education. Thus, we invite researchers, educators and other practitioners on fields to publish your original and unpublished manuscripts in CEIE2015. Subsequently, extended version of selected papers will be proposed to publish in the partnership-international journals. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to these following topics.

Title of Keynote Speech

Title : “Reliability Assessment of Small Power System with Dispersed Generators”

Recently, as it is important to reduce CO2 emission, dispersed generators such as photovoltaic system(PV) and wind turbine generator (WTG) are introduced actively. A small isolated power system is sensitive to the output fluctuation of dispersed generators because total generator capacity of the system is comparatively small. It causes the deviation of frequency and voltage. Furthermore, when the output of dispersed generator changes large and rapidly, the power system becomes blackout.
